If you operated at or with the responsible neurological sciences lab that had a sourced device connected to my body prior to 1999 & post you can describe in court alongside everyone that operated at or with the location daily between 1990's-2023

It will take less than 2 months to cover in court as it is a human rights violation case that is still unresolved

We need to resolve this matter in court immediately
