$25,000 US DOLLAR REWARD

I, Dr Sydney N Bennett am offering a reward for anyone who can track down my Siamese cat a Palm Springs Police officer stole November 2022 in California in USA after I was forced by a North Bay Ontario Canada neurological technology lab to remain near the airport or in local close hotels rather than go with my daughter Madison & family as planned 

If the cat is still alive I am offering a $25,000 reward to have her safely flown to Toronto to live once again with me as she had between 2006-2022 as I own a property in the Muskokas & I have a Toronto office

I initially paid $200 for her from the breeder then under $750 for spaying & declawing (front claws) then kept her in travel apartments in Canada between 2006-2022 in British Columbia, Alberta & Ontario 

She is microchipped & tracked. If she us still alive I am demanding the California Government forks her over. I will pay a reward to any family she was re-done to unless they work in the Government of California which I am unimpressed with extending to stalking me in Toronto between 2022-2023 using different persons & efforts

I, Dr Sydney N Bennett will never return to the State of California in USA in my lifetime as they were caught operating with the North Bay lab against me between 2012-2023. I will not invest or support anything in the State despite having previously liked since being a child. 2022 fall shows that it is a State for many others in USA & internationally minus myself

I have nothing to State on other US States I respect over others... nothing negative to say 

You people banded together & seized a lot of my money, many earned assets, destroyed relationship's then attacked my body badly between 2012-2023 & then stole my cat & made a global mockery of my life using neurological technology while I fought back for my rights against these efforts globally

Texas, Colorado, Utah, then Pacific Northwest & specific Eastern States over all others. California, Florida & New York & specifics are not for me. Not now. Sorry 

The same situation exists in different geographic areas of Canada & other countries
